Once again it’s time to introduce you to the fantastic young musicians who will be performing for Teens Rock Akron at Main Library. Today we are featuring “The Independent”, a 3 member hard rock band with Mason Nozik (13) on guitar and vocals, Chaz Glick (14) on bass guitar and Michael Taddeo (13) on drums. They write and perform their own music, and some of their influences are Led Zepplin, Green Day, Guns-n-Roses and Jimi Hendrix. Teens Rock Akron is on Saturday, June 18th @ 6 pm in the Main Library Auditorium. Admission and parking are free.
